Captivating Cape Town is a must see

South Africa is well known for its natural beauty and wildlife and one of the best examples of this is the city of Cape Town. In 2014 Cape Town garnered the distinction of being voted as the best place to visit both by “The Telegraph” and “The New York Times”. The city is well known for its harbour and prominent landmarks like Table Top Mountain and Cape Point. Cape Town offers a cosmopolitan multicultural environment with a laid back atmosphere to enjoy a wonderful holiday.
Visitors to Cape Town certainly have a lot to see and explore and the city offers some fine luxury hotels like the Cape Royale Luxury Hotel and Spa, which is one of the finest top class luxury hotels in the city.

The Cape Royale Luxury Hotel and Spa besides being conveniently located to the main attractions; offers a fantastic view of Table Top Mountain and Cape Town Harbour. Some of the prominent attractions to visit when in Cape Town are:

Table Mountain : One of the most popular destinations with tourists and visitors to the city is Table Top Mountain. It rises an impressive 1000 metres above the city and can be seen by ships approaching Cape Town Harbour, up to a distance of 150 km away. Visitors to Table Top Mountain could choose to travel to the top by either hiking or taking the Table Mountain Cableway.  When there is fog or mist that blows from the sea a magnificent cloud cover that resembles a waterfall over its summit edges can be witnessed by all those who see it. It offers the most breathtaking views of the city of Cape Town lying below.

Signal Hill and Lions Head : In terms of spectacular views Signal Hill and Lions Head provide equally stunning views from their respective vantage points of Cape Town, Robben Island, and the ocean. A great place to enjoy golden sunsets from is Signal Hill Lookout. An hour and a half hike gets visitors to the summit of Lion’s Head, which offers excellent all round views from its vantage point.

Clifton, Camps Bay and Llandudno : There are some excellent beaches to be found in Cape Town with three of the most famous being Clifton, Camps Bay and Llandudno. Of these Clifton offers four small beaches each with its own distinctive atmosphere and character. If you are feel like grabbing a bite head straight to Camps Bay, which is well known for its great cafes and restaurants.  Of the three Llandudno is one of the more tranquil beaches with a calm atmosphere and lesser people on the beach. Llandudno also offers crystal clear waters to swim in and great views of the mountains.
